Hans-Joachim Lenz (* 1947) is a German social scientist, sex researcher and Lecturer in masculinity research at universities in Freiburg.

At the Scientific Symposium on the day before the WWDOGA 2014, he gave a lecture on the topic of 'Male circumcision as sexual violence: Concealment of male injury openness in the majority society and in ritual contexts - insights from the violence gender studies'[1].
