Ombeni Stickdorn-Ngonyani is a professional author and certified consultant for global learning. She advocates for the rights of children worldwide and, in particular, for the cross-gender right to genital integrity. In her most recent book, "Big Eight and Ukeketaji - The Stolen Childhood and Femininity," she looks at Female Genital Mutilation in her home country Tanzania. Ombeni Stickdorn-Ngonyani is an activist committed to both children and the environment. Among other things, she is an honorary reading ambassador for the "Stiftung Lesen" (Reading Foundation) and is a patron at NABU Hamburg, Germany, for the protection of storks that live in Germany and spend the winter in Tanzania.[1]
Since August 2019 she is intaktiv ambassador. In her statement as an intaktiv ambassador, she explains that in the sense of the German Constitution, it is a question of guaranteeing equality and ensuring protection against discrimination for all, so that the free development of the personality of all people is guaranteed.
