Holly Cole (born 25 November 1963 in Halifax, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian jazz singer and actress. For many years she performed with her group The Holly Cole Trio.[1]
Cole appeared at the first Hope Rising concert, which was put on in May 2011 at Toronto's Sony Centre for the Performing Arts by the Stephen Lewis Foundation.[2] Other celebrities who have participated in the concert include K'naan, Angélique Kidjo, Rufus Wainwright and Alicia Keys.[3] Artists who appeared in the 2012 concert in Toronto, November 7th, 2012 included Annie Lennox, Angélique Kidjo and Sarah McLachlan.[4]
