As a self-represented plaintiff (not by choice), Little issued a statement of claim (started the civil lawsuit) in March 2021 against (recently retired) doctor Doctor Glowacki and Windsor Regional Hospital. The claims against the retired OBGYN are '''common law assault and battery, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty, constructive fraud, and medical malpractice.''' The claims against the hospital are '''vicarious liability, negligence and constructive fraud.''' In June 2021 both the defendants (OBGYN and hospital) issued third-party cross-claims against his mother.
