Kenneth E. Nero in 2015

Kenneth E. Nero (27 March 1956 – 28 January 2019)[1] was an intactivist who worked as a Law Librarian at the U.S. Federal Government until he retired.

When Kenneth Nero heard that he was going to become a grandfather again he worked to educate his family to protect his grandson's human rights to bodily integrity.

The following video shows an interview recorded during the protest outside the 2015 American Academy of Pediatrics Conference in Washington DC, by James Loewen. He speaks of the pain he felt when he was unable to save his grandson from genital mutilation.
