The late William Keith Campbell Morgan, M.D.[a 1], M.R.C.P.E.[a 2], (7 January 1929 – 23 March 2007 in Paris, Ontario, Canada) was a British-Canadian physician who migrated to North America after the formation of the National Health Service.[1] He served on the faculty of the University of Maryland School of Medicine.

Morgan was a lung specialist, however he also had an interest in child circumcision, which he condemned.
