The late Paul C. Mohl, M.D., (5 June 1944 in Washington, D.C., USA – 15 February 2023 in Dallas, Texas, USA) was a graduate of Harvard, and a Jewish psychiatrist who practiced in Dallas, Texas. He was associated with the University of Texas where he was Training Director and Education Vice Chair of the UT Southwestern Department of Psychiatry.[1]

Judaism was important to Dr. Mohl, who was a founding member of a synagogue.[1]

Dr. Mohl had a unique opportunity to investigate men who sought surgical foreskin restoration from urologic surgeon Donald M. Greer, who was also at the University of Texas.
