Intact Global observes that the 14<sup>th</sup> Amendment to the United States Constitution, Amendment 14, Section 1 states in part that states States shall not "<i>deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."</i>
==Inaugural conference==
Intact Global has announced its inaugural conference which is to be held in Portland, Oregon on 29-30 March 2025 and to be followed by a press conference on 31 March 2025 when a suit will filed on behalf of certain injured Oregonians.<ref>{{REFweb
