The late Herbert Snow, M.D.[a 1], (1847, England – 20 November 1930 in St Leonards-on-Sea, England) was a nineteenth century British medical doctor and surgeon who published a prescient book in 1890 in opposition to harmful non-therapeutic male circumcision, which was then being promoted in the United Kingdom.

His book has now been made available online by Project Gutenberg.
