C4Charkey (born 1977 in Seattle, Washington, USA) is the nom de plume or "handle" of an anonymous foreskinned American intactivist man who stated two years ago that he is 46-years-old and lives in Seattle, Washington, USA.

C4Charkey is the moderator of the FriendsOfTheFrenulum sub-REDDIT on the REDDIT website. His real name may be Charkey Montalban.
