Renate Bernhard is a German activist against FGM who held speeches since 2014 at the WWDOGA, being a member of pro familia NRW. She is journalist and documentary film producer.
Her film "Narben, die keiner sieht" (Scars not seen) pointed to the consequences of female genital mutilation very early.
