Renate Bernhard is a German activist against FGM who spoke at the WWDOGA since 2014, being a member of pro familia NRW. She is journalist and documentary film producer.
Her film "Narben, die keiner sieht" (Scars not seen) pointed to the consequences of female genital mutilation very early.
