Ralph Lee Abraham, D.V.M.[a 1], M.D.[a 2], (born 16 September 1954 in Louisiana, USA) is a veterinarian and medical doctor from Louisiana. Dr. Abraham is a radiologist with a practice in Rayville.[1] Dr. Abraham served as a representative from Louisiana in the United States House of Representatives from 2015 until 2021.

Dr. Abraham currently is serving as the first Surgeon-General of Louisiana.

Personal life

Dr. Abraham resides in Alto, Richland Parish, Louisiana. He and his wife, Dianne, have three children.
