Dr. James E. Peron, M.S.[a 1], D.Ed.[a 2], was a medical research writer, educator lecturer, and Human rights pioneer. In 1970, he founded the Childbirth Education Foundation (located in Oxford, PA).

James Peron was one of the first in America to speak publicly against circumcision of infants and children. For 47 years Dr. Peron has been teaching the benefits of protecting genital integrity.
