Semen is the fluid discharged at ejaculation by the male. Semen of an adult is a thick, yellowish-white, viscid fluid containing sperms; a mixture produced by secretions of the testes, seminal glands, prostate, and bulbourethral glands.[1]

Semen is stored in two seminal vesicles.

The onset of semen production occurs about a year after the start of puberty. Semen produced by immature pubescent males is usually of a clear color. It becomes milky-looking with increasing maturity.

Young males will have dry orgasms before the commencement of semen production.
