Herbert Snow
The late Herbert Snow, M.D., was a nineteenth century British medical doctor and surgeon who published a prescient book in 1890 in opposition to harmful non-therapeutic male circumcision, which was then being promoted in the United Kingdom.
His book has now been made available online by Project Gutenberg.
