Ilene A. Gelbaum, CNM, (born 1946 in Brooklyn, NY, USA) is a retired certified advanced practice nurse-midwife and a promoter of male infant circumcision from Anaheim, California.
Gelbaum is associated with Kaiser Permanente.
Gelbaum also practices as a mohelet or female mohel.[1] [2]
