Paul Tinari
Paul Tinari is a Canadian Métis, who was sent to live in a Residential School operated by the Catholic Church in Montreal when he was small boy. At the age of eight, he was held down and forcibly circumcised by a Catholic priest and a Jewish mohel, due to an allegation that he had masturbated.
Dr. Tinari, who resides in British Columbia, filed suit against the British Columbia Health Insurance Plan, which was forced to pay for a surgical foreskin restoration.[1]
