Premature ejaculation "occurs when male sexual climax (orgasm) occurs before a man wishes it or too quickly during intercourse to satisfy his partner." Premature ejaculation (PE) has many causes, however this article will focus on male circumcision and the loss of the foreskin as a cause of premature ejaculation.
