Ulla Barretto (* June 23, 1946) from Dortmund, Germany, is the president of TABU e.V. She had lived for some time in Maungu Village (Cameroon), Lamu Island and Mombasa (Kenya).
She spoke at the WWDOGA 2016 in Cologne, Germany.
Since April 2017, she is an intaktiv Ambassador.
