James W. Prescott, Ph.D. was the editor of ''The Truth Seeker''. He and [[Marilyn Fayre Milos]], R. N., Executive Director of the [[Genital Autonomy America| National Organization of Circumcision Information Resource Centers (NOCIRC)]], jointly edited the circumcision issue.
