Anfang 2018 hat Intact Denmark dem Dänischen Parlament einen Gesetzesentwurf zur Einführung eines geschlechtsunabhängigen Mindestalters von 18 Jahren für die medizinisch nicht indizierte Beschneidung vorgelegt. Das Gesetzesverfahren wurde noch nicht eröffnet, da der Entwurf zunächst ein Volkspetitionsverfahren auf der dänischen Petitionsplattform[1] durchlaufen soll.
In January 2018, Intact Denmark submitted a bill draft to the Danish Parliament to introduce a gender-neutral minimum age of 18 years for non-medically indicated circumcision. The legislative process has not yet been opened, as the draft will initially go through a public petition on the Danish petition platform[2].
