The US American organization Saving Our Sons celebrates a yearly Genital Integrity Awareness Week (GIAW) since 1993.
- In 2022, it takes place from 1 to 8 April, 202 in Washington, DC.
- In 2016, it took place from 28 March to 3 April, 2016 in Washington, DC.
- In 2014, it has been celebrated from March 24 to 30.
During this campaign week, intactivists gather daily on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, DC, for demonstrating and discussing the topic of genital integrity in open forums.
