Uncut is a slang term of English that carries the same meaning and connotations as the more formal uncircumcised.

The word is frequently mis-used when intact is meant.

Connotation

Connotations are the set of associations implied by a word in addition to its literal meaning.[1] The prefix un- before cut implies that something that should be cut has not been cut and that remains to be done.
