C4Charkey (born 1977 in Seattle, Washington, USA) is the nom de plume or "handle" of an anonymous foreskinned American intactivist man who stated two years ago that he is 46-years-old and lives in Seattle, Washington, USA.

C4Charkey is the moderator of the FriendsOfTheFrenulum sub-REDDIT on the REDDIT website. His real name may be Charkey Montalban.

Survey

C4Charkey has announced a 28-page online survey of men regarding circumcision.

First survey results

The first results from the first 250 men surveyed were reported on 27 July 2025 in graph and text form. The findings overwhelmingly indicate the superiority of the erogenous sensation of the intact penis and the satisfaction enjoyed by the intact males as compared with others.
