Natural foreskins come in wide variety of lengths. The overwhelming majority of [[circumcised]] men were circumcised in the newborn period, so they have no information on the nature and length of their natural [[foreskin]]. The longer one tugs the more [[tissue expansion]] will occur and more foreskin will be produced. As the residual shaft skin lengthens the [[circumcision scar ]] will migrate toward the tip of the new foreskin. Eventually it will move inside the new foreskin if tissue expansion continues. This will result in improved appearance.
