Records of circumcision amputations are scattered among the offices of various doctors who perform [[circumcision]] and among various medical facilities where circumcision amputations are carried out. If a young man knows the identity of his childhood circumciser and/or where it was carried out, then he may institute litigation to recover payments for his injuries and losses, but if he does not have that information, then there is no available source where he can find it, so he is unlikely to be able to sue for compensation for his involuntary, unwanted injuries and losses. A central register of circumcision amputations is needed to have justice done. Registration of all circumcision amputations should be mandated by law.
