Family Health International (FHI), founded in North Carolina in 1971, is now known as FHI 360. FDI 360 is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that contracts with PEPFAR and USAID.

FHI 360 claims to be "an international nonprofit working to improve the health and well-being of people in the United States and around the world."
