Body integrity identity disorder (BIID), formerly known as apotemnophilia, "is characterized by a desire for amputation of a healthy limb".[1]

Medically-unnecessary, non-therapeutic adult circumcision

It is unclear whether men who seek a medically-unnecessary adult circumcision have BIID.
