O'Connor v. Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, case no. cgc-22-602804, is a suit for damages that was filed in the California Superior Court for the County of San Francisco by Douglas O'Connor, Plaintiff, against Kaiser Foundation Hospitals, Defendant, on 25 July 2023. The suit alleges thirteen choses in action.[1]

Douglas O'Connor represents himself (pro se).

Dismissal

It is reported that this case was dismissed with prejudice in 2023, which means it cannot be refiled. It is understood that the prescribed time limit had expired before the suit was filed by the plaintiff. The case was NOT tried on its merits.
