In March 2018 the chairman of the association, Christoph Geissbühler, published an extensive "Legal assessment of genital circumcision of boys on the basis of medical facts". She notes that in Switzerland previously there were mainly four legal assessments on amputation of the foreskin in healthy boys, whereby the authors would have assessed the legal situation differently. What all articles have in common, however, is that they hardly consider the medical facts for their own legal assessments and that they sometimes even misrepresent them. The goal achieved by the association was to finally take the medical facts into account appropriately for the legal assessment.

|Text=It is actually very astonishing that the following legal assessment of the genital circumcision of boys on the basis of medical facts is still needed in an enlightened and secular constitutional state more than 60 years after the proclamation of human rights. Because for sensible and intelligent people it is intuitively completely clear that it is neither legally nor ethically tenable [to] amputate a healthy genital body part from a child.
