Just like the Jews in old times used the [[Judaeus Pondum]], some restoration methods use a weight attached to the penile [[skin]], to use the force of gravity as a source of tension. Such methods include the [[foreballs]], the [[PUD]] and more recently the [[mp]]. [[DTR]] and [[TLC-X]] provide some functionality to use weights.
Some do it yourself devices also use weights. Most [[tuggers]] can also use a weight, even if it is not included with the device.
