The Philippines continues to torture, sexually violate and genitally mutilate their little boys. They call it "[[Tuli]]" ([[circumcision]] rite.) We will boycott all products "Made In Philippines" until this sex crime against children comes to an end. No child gives [[informed consent ]] to have their genitals painfully mutilated.
