Falk]] created the CIRP in 1996 at at time when there was little information regarding circumcision on the Internet. The CIRP is now was formerly under the control of the [[Children's Health & Human Rights Partnership]]. The website has not had any significant updates since 2013, and some pages have languished even longer.
