==Death and reinterment==
Hertzl died of heart failure on 3 May 1904 when he was 44 and his son Hans was 13. Hertzl was buried in the Döbling Cemetery of Vienna, but later was exhumed and re-interred in a special cemetery of great honor on Mount Hertzl, a prominence near Jerusalemthat was named in his honor.<ref>{{REFweb
