Changes

One of the first things they want to do is start talking to the administrators of local hospitals about not allowing newborn "routine" [[circumcision]] to be performed at their facilities. It is likely that the only reason they are doing them is because it has been going on as long as anybody can remember and nobody has told them to stop.
