==News on Intact Global lawsuit==
The counsel for the Defendant had filed a petition to dismiss the Intact Global lawsuit. A hearing was held in Portland on 23 October 2025. The Court rejected the claims of the Defendant and dismissed the petition. Apparently the way is now clear to adjudicate the case on its merits.
