'''Tugger''' is a kind of device for foreskin restoration that uses linear tension on the penile skin. Most tuggers consist of some kind of gripping devide (which can be tapeless, or use tape) and create tension by using a elastic or strap to pull from another part of the body, such as a brace around the knee or a elastic around the shoulder.
