Dr. med. Sigrid Peter is a pediatrician and vice-president[1] of the BVKJ (professional association of pediatricians in Germany) since 2015. At times she works in an outpatient practice in Berlin. In addition, she represents the interests of children and young people in political committees, in self-government and in the institutions in Berlin. Her focus is on advocacy, child protection, child and youth welfare reform, and participation in the Commission for Infections and Vaccination Questions at the DAKJ (German Academy for Child and Adolescent Medicine).[2]
Dr. Peter gave a speech at the WWDOGA 2018 in Cologne.
