Samkange has been promoting non-therapeutic male circumcision since the publication of [[WHO]]'s very bad and misguided advice in 2007. PubMed lists him as a named author of eleven articles, of which seven promote non-therapeutic [[circumcision]]. He apparently made up his mind in favor of non-therapeutic circumcision many years ago.
