B. Maurene White RN[a 1], from Montreal, Quebec, Canada, graduated from Montreal General Hospital School of Nursing in 1962 and received a BTh[a 2] in 1988, a DipEd[a 3] in 1991, and a BA[a 4] (Medical Anthropology) in 1997 from McGill University. She has worked in different areas of nursing, with special interest in perinatality, and outpost work as a nurse practitioner in northern Canada.

Since then, she also developed smartphone applications: iCoOrdiMed for General Health tracking[1], and i4SkinHealth for tracking foreskin restoration progress[2], and consulted on both projects.
