Restored is the past simple and past participle of restore. It is used as an adjective to describe something that has been returned to an earlier good condition.[1]
Restored is commonly used by intactivists to describe the condition formerly circumcised foreskin that has been returned to its original good condition and appearance. It is also applied to a penis that has a restored foreskin or to a man with a restored foreskin.
