Robert Francis Kennedy, Jr., BA[a 1], J.D.[a 2], M. Laws, (born 17 January 1954 in Washington, D.C., USA) is a scion of the very wealthy and prominent Kennedy political family of Massachusetts. Robert Francis Kennedy, Jr. is also known as Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Bobby Kennedy, Jr., and RFK, Jr. His uncle was the late President John F. Kennedy and his father was the late Robert F. Kennedy who served as Attorney-General of the United States.

The Kennedy family has historically been associated with the Democrat Party, but RFK, Jr. resigned from the Democrat Party in 2023, became an independent, and then supported Donald Trump for President.

Children's Health Defense

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is the founder, chairman, and chief legal officer of Children's Health Defense®.[1]

Secretary of Health and Human Services

President Donald J. Trump has made Robert Francis Kennedy, Jr. the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services as of 20 January 2025. He has proposed far reaching changes in American health care with a goal of improving the health of Americans. "RFK Jr. announced that the Trump administration would immediately fire and replace 600 National Institutes of Health officials."[2] Kennedy's appointment was ratified by the United States Senate on 13 February 2025.[3]

Kennedy has claimed that boys who are circumcised early have twice the rate of autism, but "highly likely" due to distribution of Tylenol[4][5][6] to infants following the procedure, not due to the procedure itself.[7]

Hirota & King (2023) had previously reported the incidence of autism spectrum disorder was 3.7% in males as compared to 0.9 % in females or a little more than 4 times that of females.[8]

Frisch & Simonsen (2015) made the hypothesis that boys who undergo ritual circumcision may run a greater risk of developing ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).[9]
