Tugger is a kind of device for foreskin restoration that uses linear tension on the penile skin. Tension is applied in one single direction - generally pulling the skin- as opposed to dual tension. Most tuggers consist of some kind of gripping devide (which can be tapeless, or use tape) and create tension by using a elastic or strap to pull from another part of the body, such as a brace around the knee or a elastic around the shoulder.
The original TLC Tugger, the DTR, the easy stretch and other devices work in this way. Many do-it-yourself devices can be also used as tuggers, such as the film canisters.
