This is an except from Africa Dolce e Selvaggia (Africa Sweet and Savage) (Shocking Africa - which is a Mondo/Educational film http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mondo_film ) showing a male circumcision ceremony in its entirely.
The film also shows a female genital mutilation ritual (not included in this excerpt)
PEPFAR (2025) has scrapped its ineffective and harmful "voluntary male medical circumcision" (VMMC) program after 15 years and at least 27,000,000 harmful and useless foreskin amputations.[1] Numerous studies have demonstrated that adult circumcision is not effective in preventing HIV infection.
