Charles Adams Bonner, J.D., (born 1947 in Selma, AL), intactivist, is an American civil rights, personal injury, and medical malpractice attorney from Sausalito, CA.

Bonner was often a lecturer at the International Symposiums, specifically at the

• Fourth International Symposium, where he talked about "Lawsuits in the News", together with David Llewellyn, and Zenas Baer,
• Fifth International Symposium, where he lectured about "The Oxford Declaration: A Call for the World-Wide Prohibition of the Genital Mutilation of Children",
• Sixth International Symposium, with the topic "Human Rights of Children in the New Millennium: Legal Developments in the Fight for Children’s Genital Integrity Throughout the World",
• Seventh International Symposium, talking about "The Activist’s Rights in the Workplace" and referring about "Discrimination for Political Views: Intactivism in the Workplace, Part I",
• Eighth International Symposium, referring about "Protecting Human Rights from the Trenches of the Courtroom".
