Penoscrotal webbing repair is a procedure to restore the aesthetic appearance of their penis by removing the penoscrotal webbing, a defect that occurs when the underside of the penis attaches to the scrotum or after circumcision.

The procedure is performed as an outpatient under local anesthesia or IV sedation. A double Z-plasty as described by Alter (1999)[1] is performed. A Z-plasty is a surgical technique whereby skin flaps are mobilized to elongate skin and tissue.
