Dr. Bidair has a website but the sexual effects of circumcision are not well-communicated. The surgeon most provide all material information to the patient before informed consent can be granted. There is a strong tendency for the surgeon to omit telling the patient anything about the nature and functions of the foreskin. Masood has emphasized the importance of telling men correctly.[2] however the information provided by Dr. Bidair does not satisfy the legal requirements of informed consent.
It is not known how many of his patients are regret men.
