Peter W. Adler, J.D., M.A., from Massachusetts, USA, is a legal scholar. Adler has a B.A. from Dartmouth, a M.A. from Cambridge, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. Adler is a professor of international law at the University of Massachusetts.[1] He was Legal Advisor to Attorneys for the Rights of the Child (2011 - 2018).
At the Genital Autonomy America Symposium on July 24, 2014 in Boulder, Colorado he spoke about the question "Is the Circumcision of Children a Fraud".
In July 2020, Adler filed a lawsuit representing taxpayers who want MassHealth (Medicaid) to stop paying for infant circumcisions.[2]
