The Ashley Montagu Petition and Resolution was drafted by James W. Prescott, Ph.D. and named in honor of anthropologist Ashley Montagu.

The Fourth International Symposium, meeting in Lausanne, Switzerland on 9-11 August 1996, resolved to adopt the Ashley Montagu Petition.

This is a petition to the World Court at the Hague.[1]
